Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide, and one of the biggest risk factors is atherosclerosis. DR PRUSS® F35 formula is a bioactive complex based on Centella asiatica and Resveratrol, both of which have shown positive effects on the stability of atherosclerotic plaques, as well as on inflammatory markers.

Product Benefits

Centella asiatica has been used as a medicinal herb to accelerate the healing of burns by antioxidant effect, to stimulate the biosynthesis of collagen, and to improve the stability of atherosclerotic plaques.

Resveratrol improves life expectancy by activating sirtuins (proteins that regulate cellular health) and sirtuin 1 (SIRT1) molecules, by inhibiting the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells, and by reducing mitochondrial oxidative stress. Resveratrol has also been shown to help prevent metabolic syndrome, improve glucose tolerance, and protect the vascular walls and coronaries against oxidation, inflammation, and the formation of thrombi.

We have added policosanol, the reported effects of which are numerous, namely cholesterol lowering properties, improvement of lipid status, reduction of LDL oxidation, and decrease in platelet aggregation.

Finally, nattokinase has a myriad of cardiovascular benefits, from blood pressure management to reduction in incidence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Nattokinase also helps reduce atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) by reducing arterial plaque and improves circulation.
