DR PRUSS®  F1 formula contains clinically measured potencies of ingredients specifically designed to provide mitochondrial support, including pyroquinolonequinone (PQQ), ubiquinol CoQ10, and nicotinamide (NADH).

Mitochondria are tiny structures within our cells which convert the nutrients we consume into usable energy. In short, they are the powerhouses of our body. By increasing their energy output, we increase our own.

In addition, our formula contains a select blend of adaptogenic plants such as mucuna pruriens and bacopa to support the production of beneficial neurotransmitters such as dopamine and seratonin, both of which are essential for proper brain function and mood.

Product Benefits

Energy and Mitochondrial Support

PQQ is a nutrient which has been found to help generate new mitochondria in the body (mitochondrial biogenesis). Given that mitochondria generate the energy that cells need to survive, the production of new mitochondria is hugely impactful.

Ubiquinol CoQ10 helps to turbocharge PQQ, making this combination of ingredients extremely effective. It is also one of the most powerful antioxidants available.

NADH is found in all living cells and is central to mitochondrial function. It is a critical contributor to the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), a molecule which carries and transports energy within all cells.

Rhodiola improves physical and mental performance, but also increases serotonin and dopamine levels by lowering the level of COMT (catechol-O-methyltransferase, which degrades serotonin and dopamine). It ultimately helps the body to better respond to stressful situations, both mentally and physically.

Bacopa extract modulates the production of glutamate, an amino acid which functions as perhaps the most important neurotransmitter in the brain, while increasing levels of GABA and serotonin, two important neurotransmitters that are associated with mood. Studies have shown an improvement in cognitive abilities in humans after administration of Bacopa monnieri extract.

Creatine provides muscles with energy. In addition to athletic and exercise improvement, research has shown that creatine supplementation not only improves exercise performance, but plays a role in recovery, as well.

Ginkgo biloba has been shown to improve cognitive function by increasing the uptake of glucose and oxygen by the brain, while magnesium contributes to higher mental focus, improves, and helps to regulate sleep and manage anxiety
